Structure
これ／それ／あれ は …
Explanation
Japanese splits “this/that” by distance from BOTH speakers: これ = near the speaker, それ = near the listener, あれ = far from both. The question word is どれ “which one?”. Before a noun, use この／その／あの instead: この本 “this book”.
