Explanation
わけにはいかない after a dictionary form says you can't do something because duty, circumstances or conscience forbid it: 今日は休むわけにはいかない “I can't take today off (I mustn't)”. With the negative (〜ないわけにはいかない) it expresses unavoidable obligation: “can't not do”.
