Explanation
Attach ようがない to the masu-stem: 知らせようがない “there's no way to let them know”. It states that no method exists (the means is missing), unlike the plain potential (できない, ability). Often follows a reason: 〜ので／〜から.

I don't know their contact details, so there is no way to inform them.
